Montana BBQ

Chef Brad shows how the Paleo diet is done!
Got called into work yesterday so I didnt do my GS set.  I will do it today.

Todays workout:
GS Set in the morning:
OAJLC 16kg
2 min right/2min left/2min rest x 3

Afternoon workout:
16kg Snatches x 15/15
16kg Cleans x 20/20
16kg Swings x 30/30
12kg Clams x 20
16kg Push Press x 15/15
2 sets


Food:
Breakfast- Blueberry smoothered elk steak and an orange
Lunch- Chicken w/ avacado mango salsa
Snack- Cashews and an apple
Dinner-More Elk steak and yams.
