Squash, walnuts and blueberries w/ cinnamon

Snack: Kale and carrot juice
            Pear

Lunch: Spinach salad w/ chicken and avacado
            Coffee black

Snack: Walnuts and raisons

Dinner:1/2 Yam  
          Ground elk w/ sauteed veggies and cajun seasoning on a salad.

I try to eat a soluble fiber at least a half an hour before protein dinner to aid digestion.
